The present application relates to the technical field of firefighting, and provides a spraying protection method for a fire truck and a spraying protection system for a fire truck. A spraying pipeline is provided around a device to be protected and sprays a spray liquid to the device to be protected. The method comprises: obtain the real-time temperature t i of the device to be protected; if t i1, the flow rate L of the spray liquid in the spraying pipeline is L=0; if t 1≤t i2, the flow rate L of the spray liquid in the spraying pipeline is L=L 1; if t 2≤t i≤t 3, the flow rate L of the spray liquid in the spraying pipeline is L=L 2, wherein L 21. According to the spraying protection method for a fire truck provided by the present application, different spraying protection modes are used on the basis of different real-time temperatures of the device to be protected, thereby ensuring the reliability of protection of the device to be protected, and saving water resource and energy; the application of the spraying protection method to a spraying protection system for a fire truck solves, to a certain extent, the technical problem in the prior art that a spraying system cannot effectively adjust the spraying flow rate according to the fire situation.
