The present invention relates to a method for preparing a silicon dioxide-polyether sulfone conductive ultrafiltration membrane, an ultrafiltration membrane obtained thereby and the use thereof. In the present invention, hydrophilic carbon fiber cloth is used as a conductive membrane substrate, thereby providing a good carrier for preparing a stable and efficient conductive membrane; and after a pre-treatment, a silicon dioxide sol is combined therewith by means of membrane knifing, and polyether sulfone (PES) is then polymerized on a thin membrane using a phase inversion method to obtain a silicon dioxide-polyether sulfone conductive ultrafiltration membrane. The silicon dioxide is applied on the hydrophilic carbon fiber cloth in the form of a sol, and the silicon dioxide is firmly combined with the hydrophilic carbon fiber cloth. In addition, without being affected by electrochemistry, the silicon dioxide has the function of modifying the hydrophilic carbon fiber cloth to improve the hydrophilicity of the conductive membrane, and by using the hydrophilicity thereof, the silicon dioxide causes the polyether sulfone to be firmly adhered, thereby improving the stability of the silicon dioxide-polyether sulfone conductive ultrafiltration membrane, so that after 8 cycles, the performance of the membrane remains substantially unchanged. The preparation method is simple, has lower costs, avoids secondary pollution, and can be promoted and used on a large scale.
