The present invention relates to a high-purity porous gypsum manufactured by using heat and air bubbles (carbon dioxide, steam) generated by mixing and stirring 30% by weight or more of high concentration waste sulfuric acid with limestone powder in a sealed reactor, and a manufacturing method and manufacturing apparatus thereof. In detail, after putting waste sulfuric acid generated in the semiconductor manufacturing process into a sealed reactor, limestone powder is added and stirred for a certain period of time to perform a neutralization synthesis reaction, and the moisture is evaporated using the reaction heat, and the dihydration reaction is carried out at the highest temperature. This is a method for producing solid gypsum with a moisture content of 25% or less and carbon dioxide with a purity of 99% or more by instantaneous rapid expansion and solidification, and a porous gypsum and its manufacturing apparatus.
