The mine support system located at the coal face, has a floor member (11) made of sheet material, with two cylinders (9) sloping inwards at the top (1) for connection to a roof member (2). This is a channel, and at the same connection point (1) above the face conveyor (15) is a single cylinder (10) mounted at the bottom on the conveyor (15). - The two sloping cylinders (9, 10) are attached each side of the roof channel (2) and to the ends of the floor member by pivot connections (12). The bottom (14) of the central cylinder (10) is mounted between two springs (13) parallel to the coal face.
