Two-in-one twister is provided with a thread inserting device formed by a tube arranged for rotation about the spindle axis and whose inner section is arranged co-axially w.r.t. the axis. The inlet end of the tube is arranged to be disposed about the periphery of the fully wound bobbin, at least during threading process. The arrangement assists the pneumatic effect induced.
