SOUND SHUTTINGGOUT DEVICE FOR PILE DRIVING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To provide a noise shutting-out device of a pile driving equipment for being capable of shutting out effectively striking noise of a hammer, by covering almost completely a leader, which has a sound shutting-out cover plate at a upper end and a sound shutting-out plate at the front, by the use of semicylindrical sound shutting-out tubes which can move up and down. CONSTITUTION:A uppermost sound shutting-out tube 23 is hung up by a rope 34, and is lifted up as it is guided by guide frames 37, 35 and guide rollers. The tube 23 togetherwith sound shutting-out tubes 24 to 26, which are coupled in order in such a manner as hooks a lower end of the upper tube at a upper end of a subsequent lower tube, is moved upward. On the other hand, a sound shutting-out 27 is moved downward until its bottom surface comes in contact with a surface of the ground G. A whole space, in which a hammer 3 comes up and down, is almost thoroughly covered by the tubes 23 to 27, a sound shutting-out plate 18, a sound shutting-out cover plate 19, and a sound shutting-out plate, such as a rubber plate and the like, and thus, an impact sound of the hammer is effectively shut out. A glass wool plate 40 of this sort, whose both sides iron plates 41 are adhered to, is used for all of the tubes 23 to 27, the plate 18, the plate 19 and the like.
