The disclosed devices are attached to the wings of the trawls on a single attachment point situated on the right or on the left hand side of the axis (xy) of the device (1) so that the force (F1) which is applied is resolved into a component (Fe) providing for the lifting effect and into a component (Fd) providing for the divergent effect. This unique attachment point is on the left hand side when the divergent effect is produced on the port side and on the right hand side when this produced on the starboard side. An arched careenage (40), in a preferred alternative of the invention, provides for the connection between the floats (1a) and (1b), and the attachment point (4, 5) is integral with a strut (7) which makes the assembly rigid. A plurality of said devices is arranged on the wings of the trawl at the points where the divergent effect is the most desired. The invention is applied to the equipment of trawls or other submarine devices which have to be moved apart.
