New binder material preferably associated with a polymer film in order to produce a new peelable nonmetallic composite material. The binder material comprises a polymerisable resin, preferably of epoxy type, and a compound facilitating the polymerisation and an appropriate solvent for the said polymerisable resin and the said compound facilitating the polymerisation, in sufficient quantity to give the binder material its desired properties after polymerisation, in particular good mechanical cohesion and peelable nature. A preferred embodiment of the binder comprises an epoxy resin, ethoxyethanol as compound facilitating the polymerisation and acetone as solvent. The binder material associated with a polymer film is applied to the manufacture of peelable nonmetallic laminated composite products with good mechanical cohesion, consisting preferably of peelable blocks. The polymer film will be preferably a polyethylene terephthalate or a polycarbonate.
