PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory buffer character with an execution method in which an efficiency is good by forming a buffer surface composed of the curing body layer of the liquid polymer composition material of a hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer and a polyisocyanate compound on a fence surface. CONSTITUTION:The liquid polymer composition material which is composed of the hydroxyl group-containing liquid diene polymer and the polyisocyanate compound and to which a polyol compound and a polyamide compound are added as a reinforcement according to a necessity is applied or sprayed at the thickness of 10-100mm onto the surface of the stadium side of a fence main body made of a concrete, etc., and it is cured. When an above-mentioned procedure is executed, the buffer surface of the degree of 40-65 in a Shore A hardness is formed. In order to giver a weather resistance to the cured layer, the coating of an acrylic modified phthalic acid, a melamine resin or a fluorine resin is used, and a protecting layer is formed on the surface. In such a way, the fence excellent in the buffer character can be obtained with a good execution character.
