Knitted polyester webbing prostheses for torn ligaments lead to improved grafting and elimination of infirmity caused by the injury. The dimensions of the webbing are: length:300mm, width:9-10mm, thickness 0.85mm. The fabric contains 6 yarns/cm both warp (DV) and weft (Do) with 11 rows/cm. The count of the yarn is 2x280 Dtex and its min. breaking strength is 60000 cN. The webbing is knitted on RACHEL type knitting machines threaded in rod sequence of 1,2,3 with 11 passes of 2 of 280 Dtex yarns each; 1:48 2:70.
