PURPOSE:To easily obtain the subject product similar to shucked giant ezo- scallop by packing a shucked giant ezo-scallop-shaped form with a scallop eye-like fish-paste product and, thereon, an egg-like processed product through a fish paste as an adhesive followed by integration through steaming treatment. CONSTITUTION:A shucked giant ezo-scallop-shaped form A is packed with a scallop eye-like fish-paste product 1 and, thereon, an egg-like processed product 2 through, as an adhesive, fish paste colored identically with said egg-like processed product 2, followed by steaming treatment, thus obtaining the objective product.
