PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition giving a crosslinked molded article having excellent flexibility, transparency and flame-retardancy, by mixing a thermoplastic polyester elastomer with a polyfunctional monomer, and mixing the mixture with a polyvinylidene fluoride resin at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by mixing (A) 20-80pts. wt. of a mixture of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer and a polyfunctional monomer (e.g. trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate) uniformly with (B) 80-20pts. wt. of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin. The content of the polyfunctional monomer is preferably 0.5-15wt%.
