DISPOSITION AND STRUCTURE OF BUILDING OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

PURPOSE:To attain complete integration of the main control room for two reactor buildings and, in addition, to facilitate improvement of an earthquake- resistant property and introduction of a module method by a construction wherein the main control room used in common for the two reactor buildings is provided for them. CONSTITUTION:A first reactor building 1 and a second reactor building 1a are disposed in proximity to each other and these buildings 1 and 1a are provided with vibration relief foundations 6 respectively. The two buildings 1 and 1a are bridged through the intermediary of these vibration relief foundations 6, and the main control room 5 used in common for the two buildings is provided integrally.
