PURPOSE:To enhance the rod arrangement accuracy and easiness in execution of works by arranging a number of semi-hoop rods in channel or semicircular form placed parallelly to one another, and welding the ends of each semi-hoop rod rigidly to a rod as substitute for main rod. CONSTITUTION:A number of channel-shaped semi-hoop rods 1 are arranged parallelly at a certain spacing. The foremost faces at the ends of each semi-hoop rod 1 are welded to side faces of a rod 2 as substitute for the main rod, and thus a semi-prefabricated reinforcement A for pillar hoop is formed. Two of such reinforcements A are faced each other and assembled into a square section so that it encircles the pillar main rods 3 arranged in a construction site.
