PURPOSE:To make arrangement of reinforcing bars in simple operations by placing pillar main bars in a space at the junction of H-shape steels, fixing a plurality of L-shaped hoop bars to the pillar main bars, and detaining a detent mild steel bar or bars upon inserting through a hole in the flange of each H- shape steel. CONSTITUTION:H-steel beams 12 are welded to a cruciform pillar steel 11, and through holes 12A1, 12A2 are bored in an upper and a lower flange 12A. Pillar main bars 15 are arranged in a space between the H-steel beams 12, 12 of the beam junction part 10. A plurality of L-shape hoop bars 13 are fixed to the pillar main bars 15 at a certain spacing. A detent mild steel bar 14 is threaded through holes 12A1, 12A2 in the flange 12A of each H-steel beam 12, and the tip of this detent bar 14 is sunk while detained with the detent ends 13A1, 13B1 of the L-shape hoop bar 13 fixed to the pillar main bars, and then detained. Thereby the arrangement of loop bars can be done without welding operations.
