NUMERICAL CONTROLLER WITH INTERACTIVE AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMING DEVICE AND ITS MOVING PICTURE CHECKING METHOD

PURPOSE:To check an NC machining program which is generated manually or other numerically controlled machine tools with a moving picture and to shorten the set-up time by displaying a machining track according to the stored NC machining program. CONSTITUTION:The NC machining program is transferred from a memory 15 to an automatic programming device 2 by a transfer means 27 through operation on a keyboard 10 and further stored temporarily in a memory 24. The transferred NC machining program is drawn as the machining track on a CRT 8 by a moving picture check means 25. Then when the program needs to be corrected, an editing means 26 edits the program. The program is drawn again as a moving picture on the CRT 8 by the means 25 and the moving picture check is repeated until the program need not be corrected. After the correction, the program is transferred to a numerical controller 1 by a means 27 and registered in a memory 15.
