Signals from two perpendicular antennae (1,2) are applied to switch over circuits (3a, 3b) by switches I and II. The output of one circuit (3a) is applied directly to a summer (6) while the output of the other circuit (3b) is connected to the multiplying digital to analog converter (4) to which a phase inverter (5) is connected whose output is connected to the summer (6). A controller (7) produces a control signal for the DAC (4), the switch over circuits (3a, 3b) and the phase inverter (5). ADVANTAGE - Reduces number of components needed and thus reduces costs.
