The subject of the invention is a method for immunofixing or for immunoelectrophoresis using immunological reactions with the aid of an assembly of immune sera or of solutions of immunoglobulins, which are all different from one another, characterised in that each immune serum or each solution of immunoglobulins used is coloured with the aid of a dye or of a mixture of dyes, the dye or the mixture having, in particular, the following properties: - it does not affect the quality of the immune serum or of the solution of immunoglobins, - it does not affect the immunological reaction, and - preferably, it does not affect the preservation of the immune serum or of the solution of immunoglobins, the assembly of immune sera or of the solutions of immunoglobulins being coloured by at least two dyes of different colour or by at least two mixtures of dyes of different colour. The invention also relates to the kits in which these immune sera or solutions of immunoglobulins are combined for implementing the abovementioned method.
