CONVEYING DEVICE FOR MOORING BUOY FOR OCEAN OBSERVATION SHIP

PURPOSE: To orderly and rapidly output and input a number of buoys for observation, contained in an observation ship, from and in a containing chamber to and from a deck during a charging work and a recovery work. ;CONSTITUTION: Three sets of guide rails 37A-37C in a longitudinal direction to guide a buoy conveying truck 32 and a transfer guide rail 34 crossing the guide rails 37A-37C at right angles and guiding a traverse frame 35 are installed on the bottom plate 31 of a buoy containing chamber 13. Drive wires 37A-37C for driving a truck engageable by means of a grasping tool 40 arranged to the buoy conveying truck 32 are installed along the guide rails 37A-37C. A drive cylinder device 36 for transfer is provided for moving the traverse frame 35, on which the buoy conveying truck 32 is mounted, along the transfer guide rail 34 and an output input guide rail 42 installed in succession to a center guide rail 33A and running to a stern deck through an entrance 41 is provided. Further, a drive chain 44 for driving a truck with and from the grasping tool 40 of the buoy conveying truck 32 is engageable and disengageable is disposed along an output input guide rail 42.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
