FIXED SIZE SAWING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR LONG MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE: To cut off a long material into a fixed size effectively and continuously by setting a first and a second stoppers at the position separated an integer times of a cutting size from a sawing position by a sawing machine. ;CONSTITUTION: A carrying table 10 arranged a first stopper 14 receiving the feeding top end of a long material and a return table 16 which is arranged in parallel with the carrying table 10 and by which the long material can be delivered and carried reversely and on which a second stopper 18 receiving the reverse feeding top end of the long material is arranged are provided. A sawing machine 20 which can cut the long materials on the table simultaneously crossing this carrying table 10 and the return table 16 is arranged and this sawing machine 20 is installed between the first and the second stoppers 14, 18 and in the position separated an integer times of a cutting size L from the first stopper 14 and the second stopper 18 is installed in the position separated by a cutting fixed size L from the sawing machine 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
