METHOD FOR SEPARATION IN THE EARTH'S WOMB OF OF FLUORITE RAW MATERIAL INDUSTRIAL BODIES FIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF OPTICAL FLUORITE

This method can be used for extracting raw material for use in obtaining synthetic calcium fluorite-based monocrystals, special glasses and ceramics. It provides a precise estimate of the location of technological varieties of fluorite raw materials enabling the calculation of the reserves of industrial categories. The method comprises determining, by means of a mineralogical mapping of the fluorite deposits, including the configuration of X-ray fluorescent spectrums and the sum of trivalent dysprosium and samarium calculated therefrom, the contours of the geological bodies made up of various technological varieties of raw fluorite.
