摘要

PURPOSE: To provided a crime prevention/monitor system which can reduce the memory consumption of the image data on an automatic fixed point photographing/recording device and also can easily store and process the data. ;CONSTITUTION: The basic state of the image which is photographed by a camera of an automatic fixed point photographing/recording device is stored as the reference data. Then the image data obtained at every constant time and the differential data calculated from the reference data are applied to data compression and then stores in a memory.
