PURPOSE: To mass-produce seeds and seedlings of a plant of the genus Exacum having uniform quality. ;CONSTITUTION: The production of seeds and seedlings of a plant of the genus Exacum consists of (1) a step for culturing a tissue of the plant of the genus Exacum and inducing callus therefrom, (2) a step for proliferating the induced callus and (3) a step for forming an adventitious embryo from the callus and further regenerating a plant body from the adventitious embryo.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
