PURPOSE:To boil rigid corn seeds in tenderizing by charging corn seeds and simultaneously core and husk of the corn in hot water. CONSTITUTION:Corn seeds (a local breed in the district of ASO mountain) and core and/or husk of the corn are charged in hot water to boil corn seeds in tenderizing. Besides, said seeds are ground and mixed with malted rice and salt to afford MISO.
