PURPOSE: To give a feeling of security to an unskilled worker as well as to improve the operation efficiency of a skilled worker by installing a height control bridge in a front supporter and also a safety frame being pivoted to a top part of a rear supporter and expanding or contracting free of detachment in this height control bridge, respectively. ;CONSTITUTION: A height control bridge 50 for engaging a safety frame 32 is installed in the upper end of a front supporter 4 free of expansion. In addition, a seat plate 6 is pivotally supported by a shaft rod 9 piercing through both sides at the upper part of a rear supporter 5 rockably in the vertical direction. A rear frame 33 of the safety frame 32 is pivoted to each upper end of two backrest members 41A and 41B symmetrically erected in a rear end of the seat plate 6. Likewise, an engaging means 60 for engaging with a horizontal bar 50A of the height control bridge 50 is installed at the lower side of a horizontal pipe 34A of a front frame 34 of the safety frame 32.
