CONSTRUCTION OF BASEMENT IN OUTSIDE WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: To construct a comfortable basement, which can utilize the underground at maximum even in the narrow residential quarter and to which the reliable waterproofing method at a low constructing cost in a short constructing period is introduced. CONSTITUTION: Master piles 1 are placed in the surrounding of the predetermined quarter for location of a basement with the predetermined space, and thereafter, the inside ground of the predetermined quarter for location of the basement is dug, and land slide protecting lateral sheets 2 are inserted between the master piles 1 for sheathing, and thereafter, the leveling concrete is placed in the bottom. The wall surface of a land slide preventing frame body, which is formed of the master piles 1 and the land slide preventing lateral sheets 2, is coated with the lath mortar 4, and the waterproof sheet 5 is attached thereto. Next, the waterproof sheet 5 is coated with the protecting mortar 6. After the coating work of the protecting mortar 6 is concluded, reinforcements are assembled and the base concrete 7 is placed in the bottom, and after constructing an inner frame, concrete is placed with the predetermined method, using the land slide protecting frame, which is provided with a waterproof layer P, as an outside frame, so as to form a building frame T of a basement.
