PURPOSE: To ordinarily use the water as usual water and easily store fresh water in an emergency. ;CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a water container 1 having an opening 11 for a cover, an opening 12 for a water inlet and an opening 13 for a water outlet at the opposite side, a detachable cover 2 tightly closed, a water supply pipe 3, a water discharge pipe 4, and valves 5, 6 for the supply and discharge pipes. A partition 16 is extended from the upper wall 14 of the water container 1 in the inside of container so as to arrange it at almost right angles against the flowing direction of supply water. The length of partition is shorter than the height of the water container 1 and the partition is fitted in the notched groove 141 provided at the upper wall 14 of the water container 1 and in the two notched grooves provided at the peripheral wall 15 thereof and fixed therein. The container is divided into an upstream side chamber X and a downstream side chamber Y by the partition 16. The supplied water is continuously conducted from the upstream side chamber to the downstream side chamber through the lower space K of the partition 16.
