Provided by the present invention is a multifunctional accommodation system (1000) comprising a mechanical chamber (100) and an inside (200) which accommodates clothes. The multifunctional accommodation system comprises: a heat pump unit (110) which is placed inside the mechanical chamber (100) and comprises an evaporator (112), a condenser (114), a compressor (116) and a pressure regulator (118); a water supplying unit (120) which is coupled to the heat pump unit (110) and comprises a humidification filter (122); and a fan unit (130) which circulates air inside the mechanical chamber (100) from the evaporator (112) in the direction of the condenser (114). The water supplying unit (120) is coupled to a front end of the evaporator (112) based on a circulating direction of air, and the humidification filter (122) receives water according to a predetermined condition and when the air passes through the humidification filter (122), water is supplied to the air, thereby increasing loads of the evaporator (112) and the condenser (114).
