MAT FOR MISO PICKLE AND PRODUCTION OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: To prepare a mat for pickling a food with miso (salted and fermented soybeans), capable of wrapping the food so as not to form spaces on the periphery of the food. CONSTITUTION: The miso pickling mat whose surface comprises a gauze (a flexible net) 3 and in which a miso bed material is received is produced by spreading a surface film 2 and the gauze 3 in a depressed mold, filling the mold with the miso bed material 1, closing the mold with a nonwoven fabric 4 and subsequently thermally fusing the outer peripheral part of the mold.
