PURPOSE:To surely obtain the slurry excellent in penetration and accordingly capable of exhibiting excellent penetrating performance into very small crackings, etc., when poured into the ground for improving water-barrier effect, etc., of the ground by disintegrating and stirring the mixture of an ultrafine particle material, a dispersant and water by a disintegrator. CONSTITUTION:This slurry is obtained by disintegrating an ultrafine particle material into a nearly primary particle state when the ultrafine particle material (e.g. silica fume and slaked lime), a dispersant and water are mixed. Further, after the ultrafine particle material, water and 0.5wt.% of ethylene glycol or amine dispersant are disintegrated and stirred with a disintegrator, a melamine-, a polycarboxylic acid- or lignin-based dispersant is preferably added at the final stage in an amount of 3-4wt.% because this enables the improvement of disintegration efficacy. An example of the disintegrator includes a stirring- type ball mill, etc. Disintegration time is selected from a rage from 30min to 5hr depending on particle characteristics.
