PURPOSE:To prevent the above pillar from rotting and being damaged by insects semipermanently by making an oblique hole for injecting a preservative and a moth proofing agent, and then allowing the remaining medicine in a medicine reservoir to be permeated gradually into the lower entire part of the timber pillar through spontaneous dispersion. CONSTITUTION:From the side surface of a medicine reservoir 2 formed with rectangular walls, the medicine reservoir 2 and a construction timber pillar are put together by pillar fixing bolts 7, and further the pillar is raised such that the both extended parts 4 of a fundamental plate 3 extended outwardly from the medicine reservoir 2 are anchored by foundation bolts 5. In order to prevent the deterioration of the construction timber pillar 1 fabricated as mentioned above, in the exposed part of the construction timber pillar 1 of the slightly upper part of the medicine reservoir 2, a medicine injection hole 6 is made in the oblique direction toward the lower part of the pillar, wherein medicine such as a preservative, a moth proofing agent and the like are injected into the lower central part through the medicine injection hole 6.
