PURPOSE:To provide the subject assembly to be used for raising seedlings transplanted and to prevent soil from getting away from a pot during working or handling for transplantion. CONSTITUTION:A twofolded thin film piece 16 is applied on two sides of the cut part 17 of each band-like piece 15 obtained by cutting a band-like pressed flat form made by sequentially connecting plural pressed flat forms having an intermediately folded insertion. One side of this thin film piece 16 is cut away at a specified length, and the remaining section is provided with cuts 20 at specified intervals followed by laminating in tiers. Except the non-insertion 12 of the band-like pieces and the lower section of the cut part 17, the laminate is interlaminarly bonded with a water-soluble paste 11 to form into a laminate 22.
