PURPOSE: To increase joining strength irrespective of easy execution, to reduce part of a hardware exposed to a wood structural member and, at the same time, to enable the execution of roof boards. ;CONSTITUTION: A diagonal joining hardware 21a integrates a standard member 22a receiving two diagonals and a reinforcing plate 24a erected uprightly from the standard member 22a into a unit. In addition, the diagonal joining hardware 21a provides positioning devices 25 to position mounting positions of the diagonals to the standard member 22a and the reinforcing plate 24a. The positioning devices 25 are fixed to at least one of the reinforcing plate 24a and the standard member 22a through fixing means such as welding, etc., so that joining strength of the diagonals is increased.
