The present invention relates to a vaccine containing Mycobacterium bovis BCG which secretes a fusion protein obtained by inserting a foreign antigen peptide on the surface of a secretory protein having a signal peptide as a carrier. The BCG constituting the present invention secretes a fusion protein obtained by inserting a foreign antigen peptide into the surface of an antigen derived from an aerobic acid bacteria. Since the fusion protein has remarkably increased antigenicity and immunogenicity, it can be efficiently recognized by B cells recognizing the antigen when inoculated into an animal and effectively induce antibody production to the antigen. When the BCG itself is contacted with an animal, it continues to multiply in the animal body and continues to secrete the fusion protein, resulting in a highly useful vaccine.
