摘要

The purpose of this paper will enlarge enormously the scope of new practical applications of one of the most challenging projects developed in Space to date, to be applied to Human's health support. Its basic scope is to prepare in Space an anti-AIDS Vaccine(s) and Medicines, and in contrast with all unsuccessful efforts to such a crucial target on Earth with an investment of approx. 20 Billion U.S.$, in the last 10 years this project can be feasible with an investment of Approx.1 Million U.S.$ only. (20,000 times lower cost price). Such a very low reduced cost, apart from its basic importance for Humanity, is very attractive for investors to put it into practice quickly, taking into account the enormous advantages from all points of view. The main idea of this project is that the HIV-AIDS Virus must change its molecular biology under cancellation of one of the four forces which govern nature, as the Terrestial Gravity with basic consequences of the modifield interaction of the elementary Bioparticles composites of our Bioatoms, under the influence of the Local Gravity in accordance with Newton's Laws of Universal Attraction. To reach such a crucial target for Humanity in Space one must use two new Sciences which can be applied in any place in the Universe, such as: 1. THE ANGSTROBIOLOGY (AB).-Studies of Bioelementary particles on the scale of 10~(-8) (the atoms dimension) and even smaller, related to their interaction, with chemical consequences). 2. THE SPACE SPECTRO-MICROSCOPIC "BIO-CASSETTE" TELEBIOLOGY (SSMBT). (A method which furnishes enlarged cells images instantly whith their Biochemistry). HIV-AIDS Virus is transported in Space under special conditions and on a special orbit where gravity is partially or totaly cancelled, and must change its ANGSTROBIOLOGICAL STRUCTURE followed by changes of its molecular structure also, towards a non-pathogenic speciman which will be used as.a safe vaccine on Earth saving millions of people per year from a sure tormented end, today and in the future. Results will be follow "IN SITU", after the rules of a Space Index (SI), which will be, calculated in general for each Matter in Space, but here specifically for HIV-AIDS VIRUS after the formula: SI=(QS (quantum space) × t (time))/(Qg (quantum gravity))=ABc(Angstrobiological changes) AS SI=(QS × t)/(Qg)=ABc SPECIAL TABLES WITH SPACE INDEXES (SI), will be established in the future for all cells, microorganisns and other Specimens on living Matter as (SILM) and other SPECIAL TABLES WHITH SPACE INDEXES for all materials which enter in the construction of space stations, as for dead matter (SIDM), costituting: THE QUANTIFICATION OF GRAVITY EFFECT OVER MATTER IN SPACE, and which will be the KEY of success of this project, against AIDS and other diseases on planet Earth. It is clear that BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL AND SCIENTIFIC REQUIREMENTS for such important subjects must be sustained by a Government-Industry/Consortia. Theoretical, Technical and Practical Equipment will be presented.
