PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make integral a weather strip and a glass for sealing a door glass raised along the center pillar of an automobile so as to close a window and a window frame. SOLUTION: A sealing structure is for sealing the door glass of an automobile raised along a center pillar as one constituting element of a window frame and brought into contact with the upper part of the window frame so as to close a window and the window frame. A weather strip 43 is provided in the side edge 51 of a door glass 40 opposite the center pillar. When the door is closed while the door glass 40 is in a raised state, the weather strip is pressure contacted with the center pillar and elastically deformed, a gap between the door glass and the center pillar is covered and thus the intrusion of noises or dusts into the car is prevented.
