The invention relates to a method for easying the extreme strains of women in child-birth. The foetus is encircled by a contollable manipulation strip and is pulled out together with it matching the birth pangs. The encirclement of the foetus (infant) is attained by precision coordination of the magnitute of the insertion of the manipulation strip and its folding in the desired direction. The pulling out is effected by a manual mechanism with a built-in protection device restricting the applied force.
