There are red blood cell bloodgroup antigens or antibody to combine such bloodgroup antigens on sample for analysis. Sample reagent contains the antigen of bloodgroup antibody combination, or red blood cell, thus the red blood cell of complex compound, there is bloodgroup antigens thereon and antibody is in connection is formed, if reagent includes that antibody is integrated to that bloodgroup antigens are present in sample or sample contains antibody and is integrated to bloodgroup antigens and is present in reagent. This complexity, if forming the separation of uncomplicated red blood cell, being filtered through solid phase, which can pass through uncomplicated red blood cell, and a kind of immunoglobulin associativity material is fixed in which phase, then detect result. The filtering can be by means of centrifugation. This method can be used for bloodgroup chemical examinations, antibody screening and identification and cross-beta.
