SUBSTANCE: device has detachable base 1 having two parts positioned symmetrically with respect to detachment line and connected with orthodontic screw 2 and having cramp iron members 3 and springy pusher 4 as protracting loop 5 with limbs. The limbs have shock absorbing rings 6 connected to the loop and to each other with arms of the first and the second order, the second order arms are mounted to enable motion along guiding protrusions 7 made on every part of basis 1 and directed at 45 deg to detachment line.
