PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a user required for input of the amount data on account subjects and also for production of statement of accounts by inputting the amount data on the account subjects in response to the input account subjects or the changed account subjects. ;SOLUTION: The income code of a user's regular work is displayed on a division code input window R₂, and the user's income is variably set in order to correspond to such a case where the user wants to input the account subjects which are not included in his regular work. Then the user clicks a mouse with a cursor kept on the window R₂ to display his desired account subject that is not included in his regular work. When the change of the income code is desired, the account subject corresponding to the changed income is displayed. Then the cursor is set on a received amount column R₃ corresponding to the current account subject, and the mouse is clicked. Then the amount data are inputted via a keyboard.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
