PURPOSE:To obtain a polypeptide to simplify and to secure antimycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibody in swine serum useful as an antigen, containing a specific amino acid sequence. CONSTITUTION:A polypeptide having an amino acid sequence shown by formula I, formula II, formula III (A is Ala, C is Cys, D is Asp, E is Gly, F is Pbe, G is Gly, H is His, I is Ile, K is Lys, L is Leu, M is Met, N is Asn, P is Pro, Q is Gln, R is Arg, S is Ser, T is Tbr, V is Val, W is Trp, Y is Tyr), etc.
