PURPOSE: To provide a new DNA useful for the diagnosis of swine enzootic pneumonia by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. ;CONSTITUTION: The DNA coding the surface antigen of swine enzootic pneumonia mycoplasma having the amino acid sequence of formula.
