Control device of the forward-reverse inching switch in battery-powered towing tractor

摘要

PURPOSE: To make it possible to forcibly stop a towing tractor through operation of an inching switch by outputting a regenerative brake command based on an ON signal of forward inching switch and an ON signal of rearward inching switch and then operating a regenerative brake circuit. ;CONSTITUTION: If a forward inching switch 6 and a rearward inching switch 7 are depressed simultaneously upon occurrence of some accident during mantling/unmantling work of trailer, regenerative brake circuit 8d in a controller 8 delivers a regenerative brake command based on these ON signals to apply regenerative brake on a travel motor 9 which is thereby stopped thus stopping a towing tractor. Consequently, the time to be elapsed after operation of the inching switches 6, 7 before stoppage of the towing tractor is significantly shortened as compared with inertial stoppage, resulting in enhancement of emergency safety.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
