PURPOSE: To provide a new compound useful as a synthetic intermediate for pharmaceuticals, agricultural chemicals, photographic chemicals, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula I (R₁ and R₂ are aliphatic or aromatic group), e.g. the compound of formula II.
