PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily judging the contaminated state even in hot water contaminated with Legionella bacteria in spring bathtubs, domestic circulatory warm bath equipment, or domestic bathtubs where such bacteria have been living widely, and to provide a sheet set as a tool for the judgment. SOLUTION: This method comprises judging the contaminated state in hot water due to Legionella bacteria by counting Escherichia coli colonies in the hot water. The other objective sheet set for the above judgment is composed of a sheet unit 1 which is capable of color change depending on the extent of contamination by Legionella bacteria when immersed in hot water and a judging sheet 2 bearing a plurality of model sheets for judging the extent of color change of the sheet unit 1.
