DEVICE FOR PRESTRESSING REINFORCEMENT IN PRESTRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: reinforcement prestressing device has following components: hydraulically-powered front collet-type clamp and rear collet-type clamp intended for gripping bunches of reinforcement wires, anchoring holder, stopping holder, hydraulic cylinder with case and pistons for tensioning wire bunches and for pressing in collet-type clamps, support which is mounted on hydraulic cylinder case with possibility of rotation, removable stop for depressing which interacts with rear end face of stopping holder, unit for fixing holder and wire bunch tensioning piston respectively with anchor holder and replaceable depressing stop. Pressing-in piston is located inside bunch tensioning piston and is made with passages for wire bunches. Aforesaid embodiment of device features simple design combined with reduced labour-intensity in operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 3 dwg
