Measuring speed and direction of Earth movement in interstellar space

The method involves using a single radio wave beam, running from a transmitter with transversal, frequency and amplitude-stable waves, over a specified distance to a receiver, through air without dielectric effect using the Michelson effect. The specified distance rotates around an axis located in its center. The superimposed frequency of the receiver is additionally delivered through a high frequency cable as longitudinal waves to the transmitter, to form a second frequency.
