Earth's rotational movement controlling method, involves accelerating rotation of Earth by East-West direction force by simultaneously triggering artificial Tsunami generators such that earth conserves new rotational speed

The method involves constructing dams at different points of equator, and confining the dams by mountains. Platforms (P) are installed at the base of the dams to raise water level (DELTA) upto millions of cubic meter. Eccentric wheels are installed under the platforms to provide vertical oscillation movement. The wheels are motorized. Force tangent to Earth's crust is exerted by front impact of surge against the mountains. Rotation of Earth is accelerated by East-West direction force by simultaneously triggering artificial Tsunami generators so that the earth conserves new rotational speed. The radius (R) and rotational speed of each wheel define height and frequency of surge, respectively.
