PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability by recognizing bank information needed for a connection with an ANSER SPC center in advance even for a bank which is connected for the first time. SOLUTION: A terminal 11 connected to the host computer 12 of ANSER SPC has a dummy communication for making a request to obtain connection information on a bank through a dummy communication means 16 and then the host computer 12 of the center recognizes that and sends the connection information on the bank back. Consequently, bank information even on a bank which is connected for the 1st time can be obtained.
