Autoclave apparatus for dry decatization of tissues. The fabric roll (10) to be decatized is spirally wound in a layer (9) of filter material that surrounds the perforated outer wall (8) of an intermediate space (7) formed on the periphery of a cylinder (6) included within of the autoclave (1) and traversed by a central duct (15) that defines within it a cylindrical chamber (13) in which the steam is supplied and which is connected to said intermediate space (7) by a system of tubes (14 ).
